Question 1

How does flower delivery work for hospitals, offices, and secured buildings in Avondale?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to the centralized reception desks at the large medical campuses and corporate offices throughout the city. You must provide the specific building number and suite because these complexes often have multiple separate entrances and security checkpoints. These details allow the driver to navigate the sprawling layouts and reach the correct lobby.

Question 2

How are the flowers delivered and how does the city's layout affect my order?

Accepted Answer

Every arrangement is hand-delivered to the door rather than shipped in a cardboard box. Since many residential streets are located within gated communities, you must provide a gate code or entry instructions at checkout. This ensures the driver can access the property and leave the flowers safely at the front entrance of the home.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not there or a flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable at a secured office hub or gated residence, the driver will leave the flowers with the building security or the front desk. If a specific flower is unavailable, we use a similar variety to ensure your delivery is completed on the scheduled day without delay. Providing the recipient’s direct phone number helps our drivers resolve access issues at large workplaces or gated complexes.
