Ordering

QHow do I place an order?

Simply browse our collection, select your arrangement, choose your delivery date, and proceed to checkout. You can pay securely with any major credit card.

QCan I customize my arrangement?

While our arrangements are designed by our expert florists, you can add special items like chocolates, balloons, or stuffed animals during checkout. For custom requests, please contact us directly.

QCan I include a personalized message?

Yes! During checkout, you can add a free personalized card message (up to 200 characters) that will be printed and included with your delivery.

QHow can I modify or cancel my order?

To modify or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at (800) 646-8308. Orders can be modified up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date.

Delivery

QDo you offer same-day delivery?

Yes! We offer same-day delivery when you place your order by 2:00 PM local time. Same-day delivery is available in most of our service areas.

QWhat are your delivery hours?

Our standard delivery window is 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. For Sunday deliveries, our window is 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

QWhat happens if the recipient is not home?

Our drivers will attempt to leave the arrangement in a safe, shaded location. If that's not possible, we'll leave a delivery notice and attempt redelivery the next day.

QDo you deliver to hospitals and funeral homes?

Yes, we deliver to hospitals, funeral homes, churches, and businesses. Please include any special delivery instructions during checkout.

QWhat areas do you deliver to?

QHow fresh are your flowers?

All our flowers are sourced fresh and arranged by our local florists on the day of delivery. We guarantee freshness for 7 days or your money back.

QWhat if my flowers arrive damaged?

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund. Your satisfaction is our priority.

QAre substitutions possible?

Due to seasonal availability, minor substitutions may occur. We always substitute with flowers of equal or greater value while maintaining the arrangement's style and color palette.

QHow should I care for my flowers?

Keep flowers in a cool location away from direct sunlight and heat. Change the water every 2-3 days and trim stems at an angle. Each arrangement includes care instructions.

Payment & Pricing

QWhat payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover). All payments are processed securely through our encrypted checkout.

QAre prices inclusive of delivery?

Product prices don't include delivery. A delivery fee of $9.99 is added at checkout. Same-day delivery may incur an additional $5 surcharge.
