You can track your order by visiting our Track Order page and entering your order number and email address. You'll also receive tracking updates via email once your order has been shipped.
We deliver Monday through Saturday between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM local time. For same-day delivery, orders must be placed before 2:00 PM local time. You can select a preferred delivery date during checkout.
You can modify your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting our customer service team at (800) 646-8308 or emailing cs@starluckflowers.com. After this window, changes may not be possible as your order may already be in preparation.
We guarantee that your flowers will arrive fresh and stay beautiful for at least 7 days. If you're not completely satisfied with the freshness of your arrangement, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery for a full replacement or refund.
