Delivery Areas

We deliver throughout the Las Vegas valley, including Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas, Summerlin, Spring Valley, Paradise, and surrounding areas.

Delivery Options

Same-Day Delivery

Orders placed by 2:00 PM local time are eligible for same-day delivery. A $5 surcharge applies for same-day delivery service. Same-day delivery is available Monday through Saturday.

Standard Delivery

Standard delivery is available for orders placed at least one day in advance. The delivery fee is $9.99 for all standard deliveries.

Delivery Hours

• Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Sunday: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Please note that we cannot guarantee specific delivery times within these windows. If you need a specific time delivery, please contact us to arrange.

Recipient Not Available

If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, our driver will:

1. Attempt to leave the arrangement in a safe, shaded location
2. Leave with a neighbor or building concierge if available
3. Leave a delivery notice and attempt redelivery the next business day

Special Locations

We deliver to hospitals, funeral homes, churches, schools, and businesses. Please include any special instructions (room numbers, department names, etc.) in the delivery instructions field during checkout.

Holiday Deliveries

During peak holidays (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, etc.), delivery windows may be extended, and orders must be placed earlier to ensure availability. We recommend ordering at least 3-5 days in advance for major holidays.
