Question 1

How do you handle flower deliveries to different types of buildings in Bloomingdale?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to residential homes on hilly streets and the small professional offices located on the main roads. For multi-unit buildings, you must provide the apartment or suite number during checkout. These details ensure the driver can find the correct entrance in areas where properties are spread across different elevations.

Question 2

How are flowers physically delivered in this area?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to the door rather than shipped in a box. Because many homes in this borough have narrow street access and steep driveways, we walk the flowers directly to the porch or entryway. Clear instructions about parking or driveway access help us avoid delays at residential properties.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, we leave the flowers in a shaded spot on the porch to keep them away from the surrounding wooded landscape. We substitute any unavailable flowers with stems of equal value that maintain the same size and shape. Providing the recipient’s phone number helps us coordinate delivery for homes with long driveways or limited access.
