Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to medical facilities and professional offices in Eufaula?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to medical centers with sprawling layouts and historic homes that have been converted into professional offices. At checkout, you must provide the specific wing or department for medical facilities and the suite number for converted residences. These details ensure our drivers find the correct entrance among the various additions and side entries common to these properties.

Question 2

How are flowers transported and delivered across the city?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to accommodate the deep setbacks of historic estates and the long driveways found on the outskirts of the city. We do not use shipping boxes to ensure the flowers remain upright and intact while traveling over rural roads and uneven terrain. Providing gate codes or specific instructions for properties with long private drives helps us avoid delivery delays.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is available, we place the arrangement on a shaded portion of the deep porches typical of local residential architecture to protect it from the elements. If a specific bloom is unavailable, we use a substitute of equal value that matches the original style and color. A working phone number for the recipient is required to resolve access issues for homes located in gated lakeside communities.
