Question 1

How do you manage deliveries to gated neighborhoods and office campuses in Johns Creek?

Accepted Answer

Provide the entry gate code for residential deliveries to ensure access to master-planned neighborhoods. For office clusters, include the specific building number and suite to navigate multi-building corporate campuses. These details allow for direct delivery to the recipient’s door or reception desk.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential properties and professional buildings?

Accepted Answer

We use hand delivery for all orders to navigate the private roads and sprawling residential layouts of this city. Provide clear instructions for properties with long setbacks or hidden entrances to prevent delays. Hand delivery ensures the arrangement is left at the front door or with a concierge rather than at a neighborhood gate.

Question 3

What happens if the courier cannot access a property or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If we cannot access a gated neighborhood or secured office wing, we contact the recipient for alternative instructions. Including a gate code and a working phone number for the recipient helps avoid return trips. If a specific flower is out of stock, we substitute a similar bloom that matches the original color and scale.
