Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the local medical centers, secured townhome clusters, and offices in this city?

Accepted Answer

Many residential areas in this city consist of high-density gated townhome communities and secured multi-story buildings that require an entry code. You must provide the specific gate code, building number, and recipient's phone number during checkout. These details allow the driver to pass through security perimeters and deliver directly to the door rather than leaving the order at a main gate.

Question 2

Will my flowers be hand-delivered or shipped in a box, and how does the city's layout affect this?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to accommodate the city’s mix of narrow residential streets and industrial-to-commercial conversions where parking is often restricted. Our drivers navigate these tight roads and walk the flowers to the specific unit or office suite. Providing clear instructions for side entrances or loading zones helps us avoid delays in areas with limited street access.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not there, we look for a secure location away from the sidewalk, as many homes in this area are positioned close to the street. If a specific flower is out of stock, we substitute it with a similar variety of equal value to maintain the look of the arrangement. Including a correct phone number for the recipient is the best way to resolve access issues at locked complexes or hidden entrances.
