Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to different types of addresses in Ventura?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to lakeside cottages, year-round houses, and the small commercial district. Provide the full street address and note if the building is a residential home or a place of worship. These details are necessary because many properties along the water share driveways or have non-standard entry points.

Question 2

What is your delivery process for this area?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-carried to the door to accommodate the local residential layout of detached homes and lakefront properties. Mention if the house is visible from the street or requires driving down a private lane. This information ensures the driver finds the correct porch even when houses are spaced far apart.

Question 3

What happens if there is a problem with the recipient or the flowers?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not there, we place the flowers in a secure spot on the porch or with a neighbor if the house is directly on the waterfront. Include the recipient’s phone number so we can confirm the location if the property lacks a clear house number. If a specific flower is unavailable, we use a substitute of equal value that matches the arrangement's style.
