Question 1

How do you handle flower deliveries to professional offices and multi-story residential buildings in Windham?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to the central reception desks of converted mill apartments and professional administrative buildings. You must enter the specific floor and suite number at checkout to ensure access through secured entry points. These details allow our drivers to leave the arrangement with the designated staff member in high-occupancy buildings.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to homes with different property layouts across the city?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to both the urban multi-family homes and the rural properties on the outskirts of town. For houses with long driveways or restricted gate access, include specific entry instructions at checkout. This helps drivers navigate narrow residential streets and place the flowers directly at the front door.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or if a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is not home at a rural address, we look for a secure spot on the porch or contact a neighbor. When a specific flower is unavailable, we use a bloom of equal value that matches the original color and style. Providing a recipient’s phone number helps us avoid failed deliveries to homes located far from the main road.
